  The doctor I see here is great.. But the office, and how it's run, is absolutely terrible. You get a message that they're experiencing a "higher-than-normal volume of calls" ANY time you ever call. Yesterday I was put on hold for 22 MINUTES, spoke briefly to someone, who said she'd connect me to the physician's assistant who apparently is in charge of prior authorizations, and I was put on hold again.. And then someone picked up the phone and HUNG UP. I've been calling this place for over a week now, just trying to get them to send the simple forms necessary to actually be able to get the medication I need!!! It's funny that another doctor I see elsewhere, a practice much bigger and serving way more people, manages to always answer the phone and send my prior authorization within a day or two. I cannot afford to pay cash for this medication. I am at a loss, I simply cannot ever get hold of a human to help me at this place by phone! It shouldn't be this hard just to get them to help me get the medication they prescribed! I don't know what can be done. I'm debating switching to a different practice, but I don't know that anyone else would be as knowledgeable and caring as Dr. Agarwala. I can't believe the doctors here just don't care that their staff is virtually unreachable by phone, and it's affecting the lives of patients who really need their help to get their meds!
